Reserved equipment ahead of time, and when it was to be picked up—it was not there. They had rented it out to another Customer and just ignored the reservation. What Unreliable and unprofessional behavior. What’s the point of making a reservation if you don’t honor it. You have lost a customer—and this experience will be shared widely with others.
