From the moment you enter it feels very magical. The employees were very helpful and as soon as you entered they would ask you how they could help you if you need help looking for a particular bear. The costumes and the accessories that they have we’re very suitable. Unearthing the employee that attended us in our purchase was very helpful and very sweet she was very kind when in the process of filling the bear with the stuffing. She made the experience much more comfortable and exciting for my family. She was very sweet and helpful! I strongly recommend it is a perfect gift for any occasion and Christmas is coming up so maybe a perfect gift for a loved one!
