So this store is nice. Good selection. I was very unhappy with the staff. The yong girls were ok but didn’t listen to what I asked for. Which is very upsetting as these bears are very expensive. They put the sound in and can’t even hear the sound very low quality not worth the extra expense. The older staff were very rude and unhelpful. This seems like such a fun place to work why would you be so rude? Probably won’t be back to this store location ever again.

Don’t recommend coming on a weekend. Line is long to get in and kids get impatient. The employees are incredibly slow. Only one employee seem to actually be working. Would not advise visiting on a weekend.
