The store is small, but they have a lot to choose from. The only reason they didnt get 5 stars is bc the prices are not your usual thrift store prices. So don’t go in there expecting to pay $4 for a shirt, it’ll be $15+. Currently the fitting room is open so you can at least be sure it’ll fit right before buying. If your item doest work out after you’ve bought it you have 10 days to return with tags attached and you only get store credit, but there is so much stuff you’re bound to find something else. The employees are friendly. Parking is a nightmare on weekends. You’re better off parking at The Camp and walking. Don’t park next door at PepBoys, they tow. I found the flare jeans I hadn’t been able to find at several other thrift stores, given I paid $30 for them, but they are perfect.

Just from the long waiting lines outside the Buffalo Exchange, 5 stars ⭐️ is only fair. The place is so popular. I have been settling across the walkway sipping my Nooks coffee ☕️ for 20 minutes now and still waiting for the line to end.

Extremely disappointing experience, needless to say they’ll never get my business again.Dropped off clothes with them last week and was told I would receive a call within a few days. 5 days later I call to check in, to be told that they had attempted to call me (I had no missed calls in my call log) and that they would look into it. Had to call back 2 days later to check in again, was told they had tried to contact me again (once more, no missed calls in my call log), and that THEY GAVE MY CLOTHES AWAY.
