I shop here frequently. I remember when I used to buy from the booth in the Frisco Farmer’s Market. I loved the experience & customer service was always awesome . I was thrilled when I moved to Allen & saw I had a local store. Sometimes I can get great customer service. The last few visits younger associates seem very nonchalant & unhelpful. Often times you wont even be greeted upon entrance by younger associates. My recent visit left me very unsatisfied. I felt like more of a burden while shopping and checking out. Them items are of good quality & worth the price. Due to my experience I will now shop online.I would rate the products 5/5. Customer service a 2 unless being helped by Berto who is always kind or the actual store owner.

I LOVE this place! I use their laundry soap (scent happiness) and have gotten my mom hooked on it too… she gets its shipped to her from Dallas to Houston… that’s how good it is! My clothes smell amazing and I actually look forward to doing my laundry! I also use their customizable face masks (works great and lasts you for a looonnnnngggg time so worth the $$). Lastly, I use their bar soap (coconut Shea butter currently) – it smells amazing and leaves my hands feeling soft and clean!

Most gorgeous soap store I’ve ever seen. Fragrance is robust and hits the perfect spot. Their coffee soap is so good I could eat it ( don’t eat soap lol )!!! 100% would come again
