Do NOT Do business with the BUDDY’S on Uvalde in Houston!!!. They are not professional and unorganized. I purchased a mattress, bunk bed, and drier from them…..About a year later I PAID THEM IN FULL. About a month later after paying them, they called saying I owed money. Of course I was furious! The representative told me I was coming at her wrong. I had to remind her that she was coming at me wrong for suggesting I was late making a payment. She kept asking me who I spoke with when I made my final payment. I replied, That is not relevant, my account should reflect all my payments. Finally, a manager reviewed my account and confirmed it was paid in full. Either the first representative was not trained well or they do not manage accounts well.Sadly, many families are experiencing hardship due to the Covid19 virus at this time. I think it is insensitive for this company to be calling ANY household demanding money.
