I’m not even a customer and my card has been charged 3 times without my permission and then have the audacity to be rude when I tell them to reverse it! Like really!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!!! Jose is the worst at customer service and he will hang up in you, I’m not sure where he was trained but this is the wrong business for him. I’ve asked to speak with the district manager and I have yet to have him call me back…I was told his name was Tom Tucker? This business should be shut down and I hope they never make another red cent in that neighborhood! The WORST PLACE FOR FURNITURE!!! Even during this pandemic they won’t help.

This is a place I would never recommend for anyone honestly. They’re just too annoying for no reason. Mostly because the employees don’t even communicate about accounts within the store. Rent a Center is much better! Less headache and they work with you better.
