I was late coming to my 5year wedding anniversary heading towards Flemings, and I had a long day at work. I was supposed to go home and change before coming to dinner but didn’t get the chance. I arrived like 5 minutes before they closed and was pleasantly greeted by Patty. She knew exactly what to do which calmed me down, it’s crazy, but I still get excited being able to hang with my wife after 5 yrs. I told her what I was wanting and she picked out a nice outfit for me. Never once did I get the feeling that they wanted to leave or had something better to do. It’s refreshing to see there are still people who understand what great customer service is supposed to look like. Patty should be a corporate trainer! I used to run a rather big company in Austin, and I would absolutely try and recruit her if I still was in retail.Thanks Patty and team!!!

The employees seem nice but also feels like they treat you as a thief from the time you walk in til the time you walk out. It gets pretty awkward. I really was looking to buy a couple shirts but the feeling of someone constantly looking over your shoulder was enough to make me buy elsewhere.

My girlfriend likes shopping here. The staff is very nice. The greet you when you enter but let you browse without pestering you. Then when your really to try on stuff they are very helpful and will find similar items that match or fit better. I also feel safe going there with covid-19. Everyone wears a mask correctly, and they clean the dressing rooms after each use.
