Now you know this is my place here Man. Been shopping here for 20 years ,stayed loyal through all the mgrs and all the pandemic etc. I spend alot of money here. Only complaint I have . I bought a pair of salvage jeans from the young Black lady there size 33 ,they were a lil big. Needless too say I couldn’t take them back because of the freeze when the power was going out etc. After the week of the freezing and everything back up and running close too normal,I took the jeans back too exchange for a size 32 and she wouldn’t exchange them. I had the receipt the tags were in the bag etc also on the receipt were the other things I bought that day. She said I could come back and talk too another mgr, but with 20 years of shopping with your business establishment and seeing me twice a week alot of times,how do you not exchange them???? I know right,that’s what I was thinking. The system they have shows the purchase dates etc. They were brand new with the tags ,never worn,but I did have them laundered before I tried them on. Just laundered ,no starch,no creases, nothing.But I couldn’t exchange. What happen too customer service and loyalty. I still love this location ,but have considered trying a different location. SMH a 20 year customer and thousands of dollars later..
