Return policy should be updated. Only in-store credit. If you’re trying to keep it local take your business to one of the several other boutiques downtown.

Personally I wouldn’t shop at a store who only lets you return for store credit. Unfortunately for us we were unaware of this policy. My daughter bought a shirt tonight and tried to return it within 30 minutes. She had her receipt and tags were still on it. Basically, she found a dress at another store she liked better, but they will not let you get a actual refund for anything. Ridiculous policy

Absolutely loved this store! It was my first time in there and I was more than pleased! The staff was extremely attentive, and Haven did an awesome job helping me find a wedding outfit! Excellent customer service is hard to come by and this store has it down, not to mention super cute clothes!
