Thank you BT furnitures Plano. Thank you for making my buying,delivery & assembling so easy. The 2 guys sorry I cannot remember their names they were on time and so efficient. Happy and satisfied customer. If you are out there shopping from one furniture store to the other as I did before I went to BT Plano, I highly recommend you give them a try & you will not be disappointed.

Unfortunately my experience was not Great at all this time. I’ve shopped at the Fort Worth location many times and never had problems, however, this time I decided to go to the Plano location, due to Fort Worth being closed now. This was a total regret and I will not go shopping there again. We were interested in a picture they had on display for purchase, but there was no price on it. The store manager had no idea of a price, so we had to wait over an hour just to get told a random price. He ask for my drivers license to create my account, but did not communicate with the store clerk. It was taking so long for them to get a price on the picture, we left to go elsewhere and return, only to be ask for my drivers license again. I had to remind the clerk, the store mgr already did this. She couldnt find it, so was reaching out to the mgr again before I halted her and gave my info to her again. It took her over an hr to check us out and prepare the account documents for my signature. The clerk was not very friendly and she was very slow as though she was a 1st timer. She repeatedly ask the other clerk questions regarding how to check us out, she displayed no confidence in her job whatsoever. After finally checking us out, she was not apologetic at all and not once said, Thank you. Very POOR customer service at the Plano location, it was not satisfactory at all.
