This company has horrible customer service. We purchased a jump box while in the area working and within 2 days it wouldn’t charge or hold power. The guy at the register vouched for this product that day but they don’t stand behind it at all. When I called in, the guy over the phone wouldn’t even give me his name. I’m going to complain to BBB about this store, and if there was a rating lower than 1 star I would’ve given it to them. Would never purchase anything here again.
