From start to finish, Bruce Fence Company was everything that a contractor should be. Melissa in the office took the time to work through different options for building a fence at a home we recently purchased, and offered creative solutions to work within our budget.When Jeff came to the house to assess the land and provide an estimate, he was on-time, friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions. He emailed the quote promptly, then called me to go through the contract line by line to make sure I understood everything.The crew came on time, worked through blisteringly cold temperatures and never complained, and the fence looks great.No, I am not a bot or someone being paid to write an ad. I am just a person who had a really great experience with this company; and presently, am having a TERRIBLE experience with another contractor. We had Bruce Fence install a fence on the south side of our yard this month. The work crew headed by Howard was very professional, courteous and very customer-oriented. They were prompt and worked diligently until the job was completed. Jeff who came to do the estimate was also very helpful and professional as was Mellissa in the office I spoke with several times. We are so satisfied with the quality of their work and craftsmanship they are coming back to give us an estimate for a new fence on the north side of our yard. They came to us highly recommended from a friend and they lived up to their great reputation.
