I had a deep scratch on 2018 VW Tiguan mirror. I stopped in on 2/24/21 to schedule a quote. The service advisor michael came out right away looked at the mirror, took some photos and had a quote back to me in 5 minutes.The price was very reasonable and fair. I dropped my car off on Monday 03/01/21 and picked it up on 03/02/21. They washed and vacuumed my car out, plastic covers on the steering wheel and seat with a floor mat. I would absolutely recommend browns collision to anyone 10/10 Service

If you ever need any body work done in the area (Amsterdam and surrounding towns), this is definitely the place to go! I’ve been here with my vehicles about four times because people like to hit dark colored cars that are hard to see in front of snow banks… a little sarcasm to brighten everyone’s day. Each and every time I’ve been here, the staff has been nothing but amazing and friendly. Their quotes/estimates for repair jobs are under 30 minutes or so, and pretty on the money in terms of what the potential cost will be (pun not intended). They even have their own fleet of rental vehicles if you need a loaner car and only cost about $11 per day if I remember correctly. Of course, the actual body work they do is great! With the last job they did for me, they blended the paint along the body panels and after the bumper so nothing looked off. They were even nice enough to give the car a full detail inside and out! Who knew my paint job had metallic flakes in it? I don’t think I’ve ever seen my WRX look so good!
