My daughter saved up all her allowance and all extra earnings to buy a lego set from our only dedicated toy store, this store, a small business we usually want to support, despite being twice the price we could find online and at Walmart, she waited in a long Christmas line, when she got up to the counter to pay, the woman made such a rude comment about not wanting my child to pay with her $1 dollar bills, she even went as far as to ask her to pay with different money, ridiculous, she probably would have denied my daughter the over priced purchase had she not had a few larger bills mixed into her ones,my daughter was too excited for a new lego set to care, but I won’t forget that rude comment..What horrible customer service. Why are you even gonna work at a toy store with such a poor attitude towards children?Maybe you should hire a helper for the Xmas rush if your so worked up lady.We have spent hundreds upon hundreds of dollars here. Not to mention all the recommendations we gave.She has lost us as customers.Our interaction has me left extremely uncomfortable with supporting a store with such a rude representative.I will not recommend this store to anyone now.What a shame.
