The worst place I’ve ever lived.The maintenance is the only positive. The walls and floors are thin , I hear everything from the tenant who lives above and they are extremely loud (running, stomping, slamming, and dragging things for the majority of the day and night, Daily to the point my apartment shakes). Management did nothing after multiple complaints about the excessive noise, they are completely unreliable they even started ignoring complaints even though the tenant confronted me and stated they knew how disruptive they were and that they were not going to stop and that they know management wouldn’t do anything about it and it is not normal apartment noise. It is obnoxious and uncivilized. The winter has the apt still cold even when the heat is on and the thermostat is on 70 – 75. This place is not worth the money or the mental anguish.

First day i moved in the shower wasnt working. It was a Friday so I write maintenance saying I needed help right away. They responded the following Monday. Good thing I figured out how to fix it myself. Always hard to talk to anyone , as she is only in the office twice a week. Then when she got into some vacations I couldn’t reach anyone for a couple week. I also had to move out of state after 3 months living there and they wouldn’t accommodate me with a 2-3 month penalty to pay , they asked me to finish paying the entire year, and say they would sue me if I didn’t. They were absolutely not helpful at all trying to rent it for me. I try 3 time to sublet but all 3 time no one was there to help to fill the paperwork and it ended up not being able to sublet it. Horrible place.

I have no idea where to begin with this terrible place. My bathtub was bubbling at the bottom and there was water getting underneath it for months until they finally did something about it. Now 2 months later it’s happening again and getting a response out of them is like pulling teeth. Their poor maintenance and cheap way of “fixing” things have put my children in danger as well as myself. They put a screw all the way through my 3 year olds door AFTER I complained it was off the hinges, luckily it was high up but I did end up slicing my hand on it. My daughter fell in my bath tub because the bar wasn’t secured, I had 2 doors just fall off the hinges because they weren’t put in with the right screws. The tiny screws were falling out onto the floor without us realizing. Thank god my son is too young to crawl. My dishwasher leaked for months and they did nothing about it. They were completing maintenance requests saying they were done but no one ever came to actually do the work. Biggest joke of a company I have ever seen. Rude. Disgusting. NEVER RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE AND ESPECIALLY AT THIS LOCATION! Rent is way too high for the garbage you receive. I’ve been trying to get out of my lease for almost a year now. Thank god its up in just a couple of months. We are already starting to pack.
