Went to this store to buy some shirts for my partner and I who have just graduated from college. We had an incredible experience.First off, everyone was very COVID careful. Saul, the man who helped us, disinfected all the handles and benches in the fitting rooms and was great with giving us some distance.Even with that, the service was fantastic. He went above and beyond to find the exact sizes we wanted and checked for lots of more options in the back. He listened to what we wanted and helped us pick accessories that went with our suits. Also it helps that their shirts are the best I’ve tried on for any brand.Overall great experience. I will certainly be back and I hope to shop with Saul helping us again.

This is my first time ever to visit to a Brooks Brother Store. I was in the Brooks Brother Factory Outlet Store in Carlsbad. I was very impressed with the men’s and women’s clothing. Their pricing was awesome and seemed to have a great selection. Their staff were very helpful and extremely attentive. While checking out at their register even more discounts were applied. I was very pleased!
