My husband purchased a custom suit (and shirt and tie) for our wedding at Brooks Brothers at Willowbend and it turned out SO beautiful! Kayla assisted us throughout the entire process and she was cheerful, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable. She did a fantastic job walking us through the process, as well as tailoring everything and making it look absolutely amazing. We were thrilled with the customer service that we received as well as the finished product. The suit and all the details were of such impressive quality! Great store and company! I buy all my shirts and suits from BB. I have 3 or 4 suits that I have wore once a week for over 3 years, they still look new! The store has a little higher prices because the quality is so good. They will last you way longer than a cheaper store. It is worth the money plus you will look great at work. Just because 3 people out of the hundreds that shop there, don’t be Discouraged. Such a great company and have been around for 200 years for a reason!
