Friendly staff, pretty decent variety in the selection of beers on tap.

Alright beer, but terrible experience with service and staff.

Awesome place, great music and large selection of beers at a decent price.

The NYC craft beer / brewery scene has come a long way over the years, and regardless of how you feel about the business of beer, I think Brooklyn Brewery lives up to the hype of being arguably one of the most iconic players. The beers are great, the vibe in the tasting room is so much fun, and the staff is awesome. Always worth a visit when you’re in the neighborhood.

Since the taproom update a few(?) years ago this place went from below average to a Williamsburg favorite. They got rid of the token system and changed the layout to make the line to the bar significantly shorter/faster. Plenty of seating options ranging from bar stools to communal tables to a lounge area to (currently) umbrella-covered outdoor furniture are available. About 12 rotating beers on draft, as well as a limited selection of bottles pours from the cellar. Plenty of cans and bottles are also available to go. They also have a number of free-to-play arcade machines and board games. The gift shop carries all the swag you can possibly dream of.

This is our favorite brewery to go to and bring visiting friends/family! It’s clean and very spacious. They usually have small group tours, but are currently closed. Great, refreshing beer choices (some limited beers are only available as walk-ins) and would definitely recommend!
