I really enjoy this store with their diverse and elegant products. However, I am so disappointed in how they are treating this pandemic. Only TWO of their employees were properly wearing masks when I went to have a watch serviced, whereas the other six employees had their masks below their chins. As someone who is immune compromised and takes a risk simply leaving the house, I felt like their business had ZERO regard for my safety. I couldn’t wait to get out of the store. I will not be supporting their business again, especially as there are many other jewelers in the area that are following the mask ordinance and keeping their patrons safe.
