Broadway Motors gets 1 star for having a decent vehicle at a fair market price and one more for fixing a problem that was identified on the car after the purchase. That’s all though. The salesperson refused to allow me to have my mechanic inspect the car ahead of the purchase (red flag!) and outright lied about the warranty she offered (said I HAD to buy it at the time of purchase then, at the signing, said I had 60 days to enroll). Furthermore, she had the registration mailed to the dealership instead of my house, didn’t tell me and didn’t get it to me until AFTER the temporary reg expired! I ended up paying for a replacement unnecessarily. I don’t recommend Broadway and personally wouldn’t go back.

Initially rated them 5 stars from my experience when I went in to look at cars in the late afternoon, the woman was very helpful with information. They were taking care of another couple in the middle of purchasing a vehicle, so I was not able to get all of my questions answered about the car I was interested in at that time. But I was expecting much more follow up in terms of communication from them to let me know what I needed to do to purchase and hear more about the car I was interested in, and that didn’t happen.
