Brighton Eggert Pharmacy has the Covid testing thing down pat. I was run around by Walgreens and then CVS. Incomplete information, conflicting information and not comfortable at all. Walgreens even admitting their answers made no sense suggested Brighton Eggert. Brighton Eggert answered everything and made sense with replies that were intuitive. They work hand in hand with a local lab and have even the more invasive PCR test that takes longer to analyze, complete in one business day. Lab was closed on Sunday. Follow up calls and questions were all answered perfectly by the entire knowledgeable staff. Sounds like I work there maybe but after the stress of trying to travel internationally now, I needed to give credit. 100/100

The RX is very knowledgeable, professional & detail oriented! Always a pleasure to work with! I only go there for “special compound” medications, so it’s not a weekly visit for me. None the less, I have been using them for 18yrs now, and even though it’s quite a drive from the south towns, it’s definitely worth it! I know my medications will be ready when they say and more importantly, ACCURATE! Taking that stress away is great, since everyone has enough stress in their lives already!The gift shop is also a really awesome place to look around, especially for a unique item for that “special person” that either “has it all” or even if you just really want to make sure you are getting them something special. Guaranteed they will have it there! Even at 21yrs old I would spend an hour (easy) looking around in there! And let’s face it, at 21 you can barely hold still for an hour! Such a fun place! Parking can be tough, but just give it a minute and something will open up.

The owner of this pharmacy, is extremely rude and arrogant. Very condescending attitude against my wife and myself inquiring on a new script. He laughed at us told us I don’t bill to blue cross and blue shield. Pay full price or go elsewhere I don’t need your business and I don’t meedblue crosses either. Then hung up on me. He also accused my wife of being a male when she is a female. Sounds like racial profiling to me. Complaints will be filed accordingly
