You can’t get more fresh than cheese made from the milk from on-site cows! The cheese curds are made fresh every day (can you say home-made poutine?) and they also make a great Colby that is aged 9 months on-site. Don’t expect much from the ambiance when you walk through the door, but the cheese is delicious!!!
