If i could give this shop a 0 i would. Zero customer service, wasn’t even asked to try the dress on. Old creepy men in the back of the shop chatting the whole time. I was told to order a 5x but the dress i had to order only comes in a size up to 3x. (I’m a street size 12 so this was strange to me that a shop wouldn’t carry normal sizing) So i order the 3x and get it and it’s SO BIG and needs like $150+ in alterations. The staff needs major training on how to size properly. How is a major shop on Main Street in Visalia not even close to size inclusive or accurate in their sizing.

Very friendly place. I bought my wedding dress here, love it. My mom bought her dress here over 38 years ago my older sister also bought her dress here so I kept the tradition going by buying mine here other than that I did love my dress got married in 2007. They were very attentive with me in whatever I wanted so I recommend this place.

I absolutely LOVE this place! We have been going here for years. My mother bought her wedding dress here about 30 years ago and I went in this past weekend to find my dress. Their staff brought me multiple dresses and were very attentive to my needs, as well as my entourage (my mother, grandmother, maid of honor, and bridesmaids). I highly recommend going to this place for any of your dress needs!
