I loved shopping at the Bride’s Gallery! I was initially concerned I wouldn’t find a dress I liked because my size isn’t normally carried at stores. However, after doing some research, visiting the store, and trying on a few gowns, I FOUND THE PERFECT DRESS! Nancy was a huge help and answered all of my mom’s, future mother in laws, and my questions. They do alterations in store as well and the price was fair and way under what I initially budgeted. I highly recommend this store, and I am so thankful for Nancy’s help as I shopped.

1 star is to much for this place If I could give it a zero I would.Do not go here. These people are crooks and cons.We bought our wedding dress here back in December 27th. It took them more then 3 months to have it ready for her fitting. When they finaly had it ready it was way to big. They charge $125 to have it altered every time they get it wrong. After the 3rd alteration the seamstress could not get the dress to stay up so she suggested adding sleeves which changed the dress entirely charged $500 for that. Weeks go by and now when we try it on the sleeves are different material different and a different color. The dress still gals off and when it’s on doesn’t even cover her chest. We have come back 12 times in 6 months now we are out of time because the wedding is only days away and they refuse to refund anything there only answer is pay us more so we can try to fix it again.Owner Mr LozanoManager MonicaAndSeamstress EdithAre all crooks this dress was expensive when we bought it and has cost an extra $1000 in alterations since then. There only answer is your putting it on wrong.Finally instead of trying to fix the problem they called the police to tell me to leave the property. Luckily the police handled the situation. With understanding and a report was made so I can take further action.DO NOT COME HERE.

I would totally recommend Brides Gallery when shopping for your wedding dress.Where can start, first I’m a bit on the more-to-love side so dress shopping for me hadn’t been so easy. I had been to 4 other dress shops and honestly, I had a difficult time finding dresses. Brides Gallery had so many to choose from. I totally felt Claudia truly listened to all my wants and needs to help me find the perfect dress. I’m so happy I went with her.So if your looking to “say YES to the dress” in the RGV, Claudia at Brides Gallery is your girl.
