Posted my initial review yesterday and within an hour received a voicemail to pick my trike up as they were not to work on it. As I am disabled and have to use a walker to get around it is almost impossible for me to load and unload my trike on my carrier by myself and they have been helpful in the past but today they didn’t even want to acknowledge that I was in their store. Todd finally ask if I would like him to push it outside for me and I said I’d appreciate it. He got it out the door and asked if that was alright knowing that I wouldn’t say no. I left there and went straight to another shop that welcomed me and unloaded my trike, parked my truck and proceeded to take my trike in and started work right then. An hour later I was leaving with my trike after they fixed several items and loaded it up for me. So if you need a friendly bike shop check out Bikes and Beyond

Great people in a great store. From my first visit to my last, they were always very welcoming. They always came around the counter and approached me as fast as they were able. Dennis Santos always remembered me and is great to work with, very honest an open with input.I was allowed to make a few payments to keep my budget (which aligned fairly well with the weather) and they held my bike until I was ready.Love my new Trek and look forward to my next visit with Brickyard. I’ll be going back for a bike rack soon enough.Scott G.
