This is an interesting place. Its a great place to go if you are searching for something in particular to compliment your current collection. If you need (or want) a particular minifig or if you need some spare parts. They have great cheap options for picking up random pieces. The prices are great for spare pieces. On that note, the prices are not competitive for online/eBay/Facebook market second hand sets. I found many of the sets they had for sale, available through other online sources at 50%-75% of the prices they were asking.So if you want spare parts, or are just looking for a particular cool minifig this is a great place to go. If you want to buy a set second hand than research the online and other markets first.
