When i called & got a human they already had my name , address, phone & email pulled up ! Amazing ! My doctors office cannot do that ! Therefore Breville customer service is just as amazing as their product line. Yes you sit on hold. Just like everywhere else. Deal with it. It is the reality of covid delays.If they are replacing my unit I’d like to pay the $ to upgrade the model. I’m brand loyal & so is my sister & mother & now our daughters to the breville line of appliances & the cutting board that sits on top of the super hot ovens is the best as well!I highly recommend breville & their customer service .

No response to warranty claim despite multiple follow ups. When I provided a review of the product indicating the issues, Breville moderated the review and still did not contact me. I recommend not buying anything from this company.

Extremely disappointed. Ordered high-end air fryer product, came with a damaged accessory. Immediately contacted their company customer service (as opposed to going through the vendor I used BBB) assuming it would be a quick and simple process to have a new item sent. It has been FIVE months and still no update on when the product will arrive or even IF it will. Calls result in enormous wait time only to be occasionally disconnected or speaking with a representative who has no intention on offering a reasonable solution. The damaged accessory does not impact our use of the product, but for the purchase price I certainly expected better. It was apparent that the accessory product was actually damaged when packaged rather than the result of handling from the shipping vendor. Will never purchase a Breville product again.
