Als plumbing is WONDERFUL! At 11:00 pm I arrived building and saw my basement flooded with water from my hot water heater. I called several plumbers listed on the internet, but only Al responded to my call. On the phone he described how to turn off the water heater and how to turn the valves. I texted pictures of the water heater and he guided me through the things I had to do to correct the situation. I will endorse him to I know. I was anxious and worried but he was very patient and kind.
