Breadfolks is a delightful bakery that specializes in sour dough baked goods. From croissants to baguettes and loafs, everything here is baked fresh and is truly delicious. The coffee is great too. Wish they had more in terms of desserts and pastries but they do have some. It’s worth the long lines just for a little taste! Baked to perfection.

Excellent!Bought an assortment of pastry (apple turnover, lemon curd meringue, chocolate croissant), they were all expertly made!Flaky, buttery and delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will be going back before our weekend trip to Hudson is over.

We were in the neighborhood and saw a long line in front of Breadfolks Bakery. I was so curious about how delicious it is, so we immediately pulled over and joined the line.The decor is modern, artsy and furnished with wood. It was super cozy to have an afternoon coffee and pastries there. The options were limited since we were one of the last groups.We had one latte, 2 croissants and 2 madeleines with decent price. The coffee was refreshing and flavorful. However the pastries were not delicate as our expectation.We probably did not have their signature product and would like to try other options next time if we are around.
