This is the second time we have used Brazos to move us but this was the first time we have used them to pack our belongings as well.We absolutely love them! The packing was done correctly and everything was sorted as asked. They were professional and courteous.We were fortunate enough to have the same crew that packed us, move us which was extremely nice. We will refer them and use them again if we need too.

Packers were not professional. Left many things undone. Had to repack things they packed ourselves because some of our things were just dumped in a box. Did not wrap photos and pictures or lamps. One of the Brazos employees spent time in our bathroom doing #2 when he was on the clock at $110hr. The supervisor was argumentative when we told him we were firing him from moving us. They thought they did a good job and got mad when I told them they needed to wrap it up. Estimated 3 people for 5 hours. It took them 6 1/2 and cost me $175 more than the estimate and they didn’t finish the job. I spent $973.00 to pack a 2200 sq ft home. They talked and listened to music and didn’t really have a sense of urgency and I have had professional packers before.Packed boxes way too heavy and did not clearly mark what was in the boxes.I would never recommend them to anyone. Also, the owner never bothered to call to get an explanation of why we canceled them moving us.Very unsatisfied customer.

Cole and Dada moved all of our furniture and boxes from our storage unit up to a third story apartment! They were so efficient and made sure the furniture stayed in great shape throughout the move. I will definitely be using them again if needed!Brazos also made sure to communicate with me throughout the week and confirm my appointment time. Definitely the best moving experience I’ve had.
