I absolutely love Braum’s, although this is the probably worst experience I have ever had with a Braum’s I must say that I can attribute it to being extremely short-handed with a lot of customers waiting to be served. I had a small hamburger fries and a shake and the employees were stretched so thin that it was hard to get a five-star at this point. The staff did the best I could the burger was great oh, the fries were cold the staff was just press too thin. It was not their fault that they got a 3-star but as I watched how they stretch from one side of the counter to the other in different positions I will say I was not impressed with them handling money and then touching food. I will be back.

Burger was great for the price. It’s what I’d pay for it. Didn’t seem frozen, fries were fine. Nothing special about it but I’d definitely come back if I’m in the mood for a home feel and very family friendly environment. Nothing wrong here.

First time here and we’ll definitely be back. Good fresh food and the sundaes were divine. The gal who served us was super nice, too. Very friendly and accommodating. The place wasn’t very clean, but it was packed (and it’s that way every time we pass it) and they looked a little short staffed. Having worked fast food I definitely understand. Next time I want ice cream or a salad I’ll be going here. Much better than DQ. Great experience.
