Braum’s entire operation is in Tuttle, Oklahoma where they raise and milk their dairy cows, bake their own bread, cookies, ice cream cones, cinnamon rolls, and more. They even run their own distribution from their warehouse, where everything is stored. Quality and freshness are a top priority for Braum’s, which is why each store gets a truck with fresh food every other day. The company is vertically integrated from the ground up. Braum’s features an old-fashioned ice cream fountain along with a grill area for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The store also offers a fully stocked grocery store with more than 100 fresh meats, fruits, vegetables, and fresh-from-the-farm dairy products.

Hmm…. I am not sure which is worst the fact that I thought I would get a decent meal from this new location 25 minutes before closing, or that the crew that night did not care about the product that they pushed out because they were too focused to leaving for the night. The burger below was burnt, please view the pictures for proof. Also, the bacon was so old, that it was literally stuck together since it had probably spent hours not being moved. The fries were obviously refried since they were stale and overly brown. This is not acceptable especially since Braum’s literally sales the same meat products in their store that they cook. This is money wasted. I do not understand how a new location can be doing so poorly compared to the others.
