I think we came on the wrong day. They closed the one closer to us & I hate that.The line was super long, so we decided to go inside. The line was long inside and the customer service was dry. One employee even had an attitude with another employee and I’m glad she was mature enough not to respond to it. We stood there just looking for someone to take our burger order. Took about 5-7 long minutes for someone to come to that register, while other people saw me and never bothered to acknowledge me or tell me someone will be with me shortly. We sat inside to eat and the tables were dirty. We found one clean and there were gnats flying all around. I know they can’t control that, but it cut our dine-in experience very short. The burgers were good though, so they get 2 stars !

Horrible! Spent 14$ on to meals. Lettuce was old bread was soggy and fries were cold and thrown in the bag! The soda was halfway full and flat as he##! Seriously if you don’t like your job you lazy kids get a new one! That n.s never again will go there

Diary Queen who? For me there’s no such thing as Diary Queen with the existence of Braum’s! I absolutely love this restaurant
