I just visited the store in pacific palisades, CA and I am honestly appalled. I wanted to try on a pair of shorts and the dressing rooms are closed (understandably.) So I purchased them and immediately after leaving tried them on, only to realize they didn’t fit. I went back in to return them and without saying anything, she handed me back a receipt paper with the total on it. I had never been told they didn’t do returns. I asked her about it and she said that’s just what we do. I would have never purchased something that’s “ONE SIZE” if it was made known I would just get store credit. Credit to a store that only makes sizes for people who weigh 100lbs or less. This is the only clothing brand that won’t let you try something on but doesn’t give you a refund. I am disappointed and will never shop here again and Will make sure everyone I know know not to shop here.

the two girls that worked there were indescribably rude. my mom’s mask broke so she was searching for another one, not only did the workers want her out , but they threatened to call security. she was just looking for a mask. personally we wanted an amazing shopping experience because this was our first time in brandy melville, but unfortunately we don’t want to come back. not only were they rude but they started to cuss us out. unpleasant experience, never again. do not go to this one.

I wish I could put zero stars our experience at this brandy was terrible because of the staff. The employees had the biggest attitude and treated us as if they were doing US a favor for buying stuff . To me, customer service plays a BIG part in a store and these employees were terrible. They cussed us out when there were kids there, and threatened us. I say you order online from anywhere else BUT this brandy Melville. Rudest people
