I had my tires rotated at Brake Masters, the service was fast and affordable. However, a few weeks later, while changing my tire, I discovered the jugs were torqued on so tightly that the two of the five nuts sheared apart, leaving me unable to replace the flat. The bolts were not cross threaded or rusted, simply driven on with an impact socket way beyond the manufacturers specifications. I was so upset, because this seems like the kind of thing a brake shop should understand.

Called at 10:30 Saturday morning (Mother’s day weekend) and spoke with Trevor needing to get same day service for brakes on my mom’s car. He said they were busy but to come in at 1:30 for a free inspection/quote and that they should be able to be done that afternoon. Got there at 1:30 and at about 4:30 my 82 year old mom happily drove off SAFELY! With new brakes, rotors & her power steering working like its brand new… oh, yes and as a bonus new wiper blades!Trevor & the crew at Brake Masters were professional, courteous, friendly, and exceeded my expectations! Trevor showed me the badly grooved rotors to confirm they needed to be replaced. Brake Masters definitely will be the Go to place for us.
