The sales people need more training on coatings. They sold us Exterior Latex House paint for an Aluminum application. Latex will not stick to metal long term, and they should know that. Any painter worth his salt will tell you not to use latex. We asked them what they recommended for this project and they sold us Exterior Latex House paint with no label on the bucket so we didn’t know what they had sold us. When it failed and started coming off, they took no responsibility, in spite of the fact that we used what they told us to use.**Edit: Yes, I am talking about the store on South Oates in Dothan, AL.
