If I could give them a zero star I would. I always fill up my tank in the evenings at this BP, however, I started to go to play NY lottery numbers in the mornings on either Saturday or Sunday. I went one Sunday morning to play the lottery numbers and the employee that was working that shift, He said his name is Nafiz, was sitting down opening a cigarette box. When I told him I wanted to play some numbers he said, “He is too busy and has too much work and that he cannot play my numbers because it will take him 30 minutes to get it done. The gas station was empty, the merchandise was stocked behind him. I was surprise to get that rude response in a place where I am a repeat customer and have many friends that go there. He finally gave in and played some of my numbers. After that I told him I will not be coming to this gas station EVER. I will not go to this gas station to fill up my tank, purchase anything nor play lottery. He was very rude and told me to go wherever I wanted to. Fine….after this experience I will make sure to inform many of my friends that go to this gas station about my experience because I wouldn’t want them to go through an experience like mine. I’ve already taken my business to the competition. Management needs to take some time to train this individual employee before they keep losing more customers.
