This review is for the utter lack of customer support and communication. I ordered last week. The message said wait 5-8 business days for the store to receive the item and I will receive an email when it’s ready for pickup. I called the store on the ninth day to check the status. Voicemail. No reply. I called the customer service number that was provided on the reciept, again just to check on the status of the package. The line I kept getting was It will arrive between 5-8 business day. Tried to explain it was the ninth day. Got fed the same line.My takeaway: No wonder Amazon is making cash rain. Stores like BoxLunch don’t know how to provide good service.
