Mario is absolutely a cut above the rest when it comes to his customer service & professionalism. When we had our bedroom redone, one of the recommendations for the particular bedroom set we had ordered was to use a low profile box spring, something I never actually knew was a thing. Unsurprisingly though Mario, knew all about it & even took the time to educate us while offering other suggestions we may enjoy. Ultimately we went with the low profile box spring, he had it in stock & the prices were unbeatable compared to local competitors. Quality as well is superb. We definitely intend on utilizing Boxdrop in Greenville for all of our mattress needs in addition to referring those in the market to ensure they receive the best service without being financially ripped off. Even if you are on the fence about purchasing, I implore you to at the very least visit Boxdrop to see for yourself why Mario really is a diamond locally among many rhinestones.
