Called to enquire about availability and sizing of an item, a gentlemen answered the phone and rudely told me to go on their website for this information and abruptly hung up the phone. I was ready to spend a grand on street gear here and this stores terrible customer service cost them a great client.Teach your employees how to pick up a phone call with some gratitude and patience. We are all going through hard time there’s no reason for your employees to treat others with hostility… yikes…
