Outside entrance right at the parking lot. Sometimes, and on good weather days, they leave a door open to enter the store (& thus avoid hand contact with doors). Jewelry and ladies clothes on the First Floor. Men’s, appliances, furniture, Customer Service, and nearly everything else on the Second Floor. Two sets of escalators, one near the main entrance from the parking lot and the other towards the Mall Entrance. Customer service can be friendlier, or better, than some other retail stores. The selection is not the same, nor on par, with Macy’s and JC Penney.

This store has the best prices! And it was the only place we could find the specifically-sized lamp shades that we were looking for. It really is amazing how many types of merchandise they have. We got a king size quilt for only $20. They actually have a pretty good shoe selection and their As Seen on TV section is full of all those odd things from late night commercials. The Albany Boscov’s has two floors which both lead out into the mall. Make sure you know which floor you came in and out of.
