Came in for an oil change and get my spark plugs changed out. Noticed a couple comes in about their car being busted after coming in and getting work done recently. Red flag*So, decided to go through it takes a few hours and done. Noticed the car shaking A LOT… thinking maybe the spark plugs are getting too much air… they forgot to screw in the spark plugs, bolts aren’t the same, so screwed it down and running good. I know they were closing soon but they could’ve checked their work, especially when its pricey and expecting quality work.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value Very satisfied with the service. Not cheap but more than worth it. Used to go to a different shop. Won’t say names but why do it twice when you can have it done right the first time. Was even offered a loaner to get to work while my car was being worked on. Thanks Jeff and Francisco.
