I have to give a shout out to Crystal! She was super helpful finding my son and I a pair of boots. GREAT customer experience. She went above and beyond for us. She even took the time to show us how to properly care for our new boots. I’m definitely coming back here for my next purchase of boots. They are finally open! I wish they opened this place few weeks back so I didn’t have to drive to their other location. Anyway this store is just perfect.Upon entrance I was greeted by smiling faces. There were few young ladies ready to help customers find what they’re looking for.I mostly like boot barn for their works boots and clothing but they have many different types for boots available. From work to western they got it all. They also carry many different types of high quality pants and jackets. Also fyi their jackets are priced lower than other stores in town.Anyway I highly recommend this store. It’s fun to go in there even if you’re not purchasing anything. The music playing there will make your day better.
