So, I dropped my phone and the screen shattered. My fault, I get that. I’m not sure if it’s Boost policy, but I had to file an insurance claim online. Any other provider would have replaced the phone at the store. It just seemed like that store was being lazy.

How can they recommend or explain which It’s the difference from one phone to another … it’s not just the brand … please learn a little of what you’re selling.

Could not hook up my new unlocked pixel 2 XL to my current plan so I ended up having to switch provider’s. The lady there couldn’t answer any of my questions. Was no help whatsoever.
