Had to go here because usual location was closed for no reason. Nice lady, fast payment transactions. No fee for paying cash in store. MetroPCS charges a fee.

Bad experience @ El Rio location. The lady try to charge $35 to activate a phone when everywhere else charge $25! I had another case w/same individual: I don’t know what she did to my phone but my bill went up because she cancelled one of my services & I had to requested again!
