Very disappointing customer service. We purchased some kids walkie talkies for our seven year old from the Books Inc toy section. The walkie talkies were extremely low quality and did not work at all as advertised. When I tried to return the product (within 14 days, with receipt as advertised) I was told these products were not returnable as they had been opened. Any decent store will take back products if the customer is not happy with the quality of the product. I expect better from Books Inc, but the end result is it’s harder to support local stores when they don’t offer reasonable return policies

This place is so cool. They have Indy books you can’t just find anywhere. I recommend Harvest Moon, which you can find right next to Harry Potter. It was an amazing love story!!!

I’m so grateful we have a local bookstore who also carries a whole assortment of other things, gifts, cards, games, puzzles etc. I love the cards and also a selection of magazines! I was impressed they were even carrying my favorite The Sun mag with no advertising only art and heartfelt writing! Bravo!I was searching for a book they ran out of and were able to order me it to arrive a few days later and called to remind me to pick up! Great Service, Friendly Staff and Great Section of Recommendations of their Favorite Books from the Staff with their personal review! Thanks
