I hate to give a 1 star… but this place needs help. In the past I loved B.A.M. but my last visit was disappointing. Only one employee in the whole store and she was working the coffee ☕ shop. I needed help finding a book and she told me it would be easier to order it online. Really. The web site claims they had 10 in store. But she could not help me find it. Hire some employee, support your costumers needs. I hope you fix this.

I love that I can read the books before I purchase. There is a little coffee place right there to enjoy while I read! Great place to get your book fix! I would have given it 5 stars, but I think their buy back program is a joke!
