I went in looking for a specific book after confirming it was in stock online. When I entered, I asked the guy at the counter and he very not specific directions,, not even pointing in the general direction of the section. After searching unsuccessfully, I went to the customer service desk. I waited there for several minutes with no sign of an employee in store. I went back to the front register and asked once more for help to find the book I wanted. This time, he walked me back to the section and told me that it was in a special sub section which he did not mention before. Finally, with my book in hand, I made my way to the register. When I got there, the price at the register showed more than the website. When I asked about it, I was told that they wouldn’t match it but I could order it online for in store pickup. The lack of service combined with infuriating price manipulation are unacceptable.

I used to love to shop here to get my books when my daughters were young. I finally went for the 1st time in a very very long time. I asked for help to find some books and they pointed me into the general direction they were in. I finally found the book I was looking for. Then I went to the same person and asked about some other books. She took me to the books. I found 1 book that I knew would help me. The person was helpful and nice at the end of my search for books. As for as the place itself is a great place to get books. Some of the staff can be nicer and more polite.

The store is like a Super Library.It has such a calm and relaxing environment.The employees were just as Nice and Friendly as they could be.It kinda made me wanna start reading more.One book was like a Marvel Encyclopedia, it was Great!Plus, I got to chill with my Dad.
