I’ve been using Bolton’s for years and can’t imagine switching. The staff at Bolton’s are always friendly with great service…One person in particular always goes above and beyond for me. Melissa, if you read this, you don’t know how much I appreciate all the hard work you do for me! Most of the time she’ll have my prescriptions all filled before I even call. Makes my stressful situation a little easier to deal with. Not sure if she’ll even see this but just want to say thank you to Bolton’s staff and her especially.

I went in to get a script filled since my insurance company recommended Bolton’s & another pharmacy. I was told to come back later so “she” could make a copy of my insurance card because “she” was busy, then handed me my script and insurance card back. I’m not sure who she was referring to or why she was only one person there who could make the copy but needless to say, I will not use Bolton’s in the future.
